ABOUT 

This website has been created by David Muhiu who is a track and field athlete specialising in the  400 meters race.  After watching the Tokyo olympics in 2021, I  was left asking very many questions about the sport. However after researching in the internet, I got to learn a lot of information about the sport.  Throughout my research, I had a very hard time gathering all information I needed simply because it was distributed across very many websites.  To be able to enable others who are curious about the sport find all the information they might need, I decided to. create this website . it is therefore my sincere hope that many people will get to learn a lot about athletics as a sport through this website.  As a passionate athlete, I hope that this website will  help many others.
