Kenya's Agnes Jebet Ngetich ran a spectacular race at the Trunsylvania 10km, clocking 29:24 at the World Athletics Elite Label road race held on Sunday (10). In a very fast paced race, Ngetich overtook the pace maker and infact reached the half way point at 14.25 which is faster than the women only world record. This perfomance from her placed her as the 2nd fastest woman overall behind Yemzeref Yehualaw who has ran two times quicker, 29.14 and 29.19. Weldon Langat took the top owners in the Mens race with the former world under 20 champion Edward Pingua Zakayo finishing as the runner up .
